Scivara

AI-Powered Antimicrobial Resistance Research & Biodiversity Discovery Platform

Scivara Dashboard

AI-DRIVEN AMR INITIATIVE

The next antibiotic won’t come from a chemical library. It will come from nature.

Scivara is an AI-powered AMR Research and Biodiversity Discovery Platform that transforms antimicrobial discovery through the integration of computational biology, machine learning, bioinformatics, biodiversity intelligence, laboratory informatics, and collaborative research infrastructure into a single, unified ecosystem.

Candidate profiling using GNN, molecular transformers, and ensemble learning
Intelligent compound ranking and prioritization with dynamic scoring
QSAR modeling, ADMET prediction and toxicity profiling
Explainable AI (XAI) with SHAP analytics and attention mapping

A CONTINUOUSLY LEARNING SCIENTIFIC PLATFORM

How Scivara Works

Scivara is not a collection of independent tools, but a unified environment where each capability makes the others more powerful. Every result sharpens the next prediction.

STEP
01

Discovers

AI analyses every collected sample and identifies which species, microbial isolates, and natural compounds are most likely to show antimicrobial activity — before a single laboratory resource is committed.

SAMPLES • SPECIES • COMPOUNDS

THE PROBLEM

Resistant bacteria have already defeated most of the synthetic chemical antibiotics. They have developed these resistances through exposure. The pharmaceutical industry has searched for variations on a small number of chemical themes, and bacteria have learnt to survive nearly all of them. Plants, fungi and marine organisms have produced biologically active compounds for millions of years. The missing ingredient was intelligence.

Platform Capabilities

What Scivara Can Do?

Twelve integrated capabilities span the entire journey, from sample collection, AI prediction, lab validation, characterisation, and translation, each one making the others smarter.

Biodiversity Field Collection

Log any sample anywhere, even offline, with precise GPS, photos, and taxonomy. Capture local knowledge with consent, so nothing gets lost between the field and the lab.

Structural Novelty Assessment

Every candidate is scored against the major databases to show how new it really is. A truly novel scaffold is the one bacteria have never met, and worth patenting.

Compound Characterisation

An active extract is only half the answer, so this finds the molecule doing the work. Each compound is registered with its structure, ID, and a clear line to its source.

WHO SCIVARA SERVES

One platform. A whole community pulling in the same direction.

Designed for a broad and interconnected community of researchers, institutions, and organisations, each bringing different questions, different capabilities, and different goals.

Universities & Research Groups

Discover new antimicrobial compounds by screening regional plants against resistant pathogens. Produce publication-grade research and train students. Run it all on infrastructure they could never build alone.

Public Health Institutions

Track where resistance genes emerge across farms, water systems, and clinics. Connect surveillance to discovery and generate policy reports. Replace the yearly snapshot with live, joined-up intelligence.

Pharma & Biotech

Source structurally novel natural-product hits against a specific AMR target. Screen biological chemical space and have leads validated. Receive each as a complete package ready for optimisation.

Conservation Organisations

Document species, map ecosystems, and monitor sustainable harvesting. Contribute ecological data and track the resources research depends on. Attach quantified scientific and commercial value to biodiversity itself.

Hospitals & Clinical Labs

Run resistance surveillance and profile multi-drug-resistant pathogens daily. Contribute clinical isolate data into the wider research network. Shape lab investigation directly with real-world resistance patterns from the ward.

Government Research Labs

Document national biodiversity and run applied AMR research aligned with policy. Build a searchable natural-product record as work proceeds. Keep it as a permanent asset, not a report.

Agricultural & Veterinary Bodies

Monitor antimicrobial resistance across food production systems and the wider environment. Extend AMR tracking into animal health and farming. Bring the same discovery and surveillance power into those domains.

International Consortia

Run coordinated discovery across multiple countries and ecological zones. Pool data and AI models, share datasets, and publish jointly. Keep full control of each partner's data while strengthening shared science.

Let’s pioneer AMR breakthrough together

The science to address AMR exists in the natural world.

What has been missing is the infrastructure to unlock it systematically. Scivara connects field knowledge with AI, traditional wisdom with computational rigour, and academic discovery with translational development.
